Business Analyst

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the delivery and transition of technology solutions for the Operations team.
• Gather and communicate operations requirements to relevant technology teams.
• Act as a key partner to stakeholders across the business and technology functions.
• Manage escalations related to vendor performance and IT service issues.
• Ensure projects and changes align with governance and quality standards.
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews related to technology.
• Provide input for budget decisions impacting Operations.
• Act as a point of contact for cyber security matters related to Operations.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in IT services or manufacturing systems, ideally in a consumer goods environment.
• Proven track record in delivering projects across time zones and with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile teams and project settings.
• Understanding of servers, networks, and application development lifecycle.
• Strong project and partner management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, contract management, and decision-making.
• Effective communicator who can work across all levels of the organization.
• Mentality focused on compliance, integrity, adaptability, and innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
