British American Tobacco Fiji has an exciting opportunity for HR Intern in Suva
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Employer Branding: assist managing and updating company’s LinkedIn posts to enhance employer branding presence of BAT Fiji.
- Employee Engagement & Event Coordination: Support the planning & execution of company events, ensuring they align with organizational goal and enhance employee’s engagement.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Contribute to hiring process, including scheduling and arranging inter views, to onboarding processes.
- Payroll & HR Data Management: Assist in validating and cleaning payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Supporting any ad-hoc & administrative tasks within the team
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.
