The Events and Brand Experience Executive plays a key supporting role in the planning and execution of in-store experiences within our own retail spaces. Reporting to the Events and Brand Experience Manager, this role is instrumental in brining the marketing campaigns to life through engaging physical activations that elevate consumer connection and brand perception.
Collaboration is key—working cross-functionally with Campaign, Commercial, and Global teams, as well as managing external vendors and partners. The role requires a balance of creative vision and operational excellence, combining storytelling with achieving brand metrics. From concept to post-event insights, the Events & Brand Experience Executive is accountable for delivering premium, differentiated brand experiences that strengthen our market presence and deepen customer connections.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Event and Program management: Support the end-to-end planning, development and execution of own retail events, translating marketing campaigns into engaging, physical experiences that resonate with consumers.
- Support the development of consumer-centric, premium experiences that reflect brand values, drive engagement and create buzz both in-store and beyond.
- Calendar Ownership: support the development and management of a dynamic calendar of brand activities aligned with campaign plans and business priorities.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Trade, Retail Operations, Legal) and external vendors to ensure timeline and high-quality execution of events.
- Prepare event briefs, timelines, and support documents to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Ensure all events and partnerships comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Support tracking performance of events and activations against KPIs and gather consumer insights to inform future initiatives.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Essential
- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing or retail activations, preferably in premium retail, consumer goods or lifestyle brands.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
- Event coordination, hands-on experience assisting with events, set-up, agency communication and event flow
- A dependable team player who contributes to a positive working environment and builds strong cross-functional relationships
- Problem solving attitude, able to stay calm under pressure, think on their feet, and handle on-the-day issues efficiently
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passionate about consumer experience, creativity and brand storytelling
- Demonstrated ability with managing timelines and working with creative agencies.
- A passion for innovation, creativity and delivering best-in-class consumer experiences
- Experience in briefing and managing external agencies
Desirable
- Experience in a store environment, understanding customer flow and retail operations
- A good sense of aesthetics and branding, helpful when supporting visual merchandising, event theming or set-up design
- Familiarity with how physical activations can be extended through social media or content creation
- Knowledge of experiential marketing trends, and is curious about what’s happening in the space – pop ups, brand installations
- Ability to create clean decks or event summaries to share performance, photos and learnings with internal stakeholders
- Experience in consumer goods or regulated industries
