British American Tobacco Serbia has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager in Vranje.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational/Professional/Business:
- achieve and maintain efficient storage and procurement processes within their area of responsibility (finished goods; packaging material; tobacco; other materials);
- manages the warehouse to deliver the necessary amount of goods on time & defines the needs for warehouse capability;
- controls local transport costs;
- controls and analyzes KPIs and presents the results to the supply chain manager and operations;
- solves issues related to the functioning of the warehouse within its competences.
- Management:
- manages the work of his team with proper delegation;
- takes care of storage, stock count and consumption of goods according to internal rules and in accordance with FIFO (first in first-out);
- controls the write-off of goods, prepares bids for written-off goods and expired materials with other departments;
- controls monthly and annual inventories in warehouses.
- enables optimal utilization of the stored potential;
- creates and manages the budget;
- ensures that occupational safety measures are fully implemented in all work processes.
- Relationships:
- builds and maintains relationships with business partners (internal and external) & enables transparency of information.
- Innovations:
- creates plans for improving storage conditions;
- applies the possibilities of advanced technology in the market.
- works according with applicable legal regulations, rules and procedures of the company and state and ensures their application in the scope of work. Ensures that the team manage to comply with internal and external regulations.
What are we looking for?
- experience in warehouse management - minimum 3 years;
- experience in leading teams;
- professional knowledge of warehouse logistics principles and storage rules;
- excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills;
- excellent knowledge of the English language;
- excellent with MS Office;
- experience with SAP would be considered as advantage;
- required University degree.
- valid driver’s license
