As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with managers and their teams to provide comprehensive HR support, ensuring the highest standards in our processes and activities. You will develop and implement new initiatives that support business teams in achieving their goals and strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide HR BP support to managers and employees in corporate functions, fostering an inclusive and agile company culture where employees have great experiences, ample growth opportunities, and create high-performing, engaged teams.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement HR solutions that support their teams in achieving business goals.
- Advise and coach managers on decisions regarding the development and management of their teams.
- Ensure high quality and effectiveness in recruitment, development, succession planning, performance management, and remuneration processes.
- Build the image of BAT as an employer of choice alongside managers and employees.
- Conduct and support HR projects in areas such as Talent, Organizational Design, Employee Engagement, and Change Management.
- Cooperate within the team of HR Business Partners in Poland and the Central Europe Area.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR area (preferably in the HR BP role) and higher education.
- Knowledge of HR tools, including recruitment, employee evaluations, employee development, succession management, labor law, and remuneration policy.
- Passion for developing yourself, teams, and the entire organization.
- High business awareness and internal customer orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships based on credibility, openness, and commitment.
- Independence, proactivity, and the ability to evaluate problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish
