British American Tobacco Polandhas an exciting opportunity for an Insights & Foresights Executive in Warsaw!
We are seeking an Insights & Foresights Executive responsible for analysing and connecting data from different sources to provide comprehensive view of market trends and categories performance drivers. Your insights will help shape business strategies and provide forecasts on future business outlook.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the competitive landscape and market trends across multiple categories
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations for product, distribution, and pricing strategies
- Analysing internal and external sales data (including Nielsen Retail Audit)
- Reporting on BAT’s key brands’ performance and projecting future outlooks based on observed trends
- Supporting Marketing teams by evaluating the effectiveness of activities and providing recommendations for improvement
What are we looking for?
- Higher education in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Sociology, or a related field
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within an FMCG or agency environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data
- Strong curiosity and problem-solving approach to understand performance drivers
- Experience in connecting multiple data sources to provide comprehensive insights
- Confidence in presenting findings and recommendations to Senior Management
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
