British American Tobacco Polandhas an exciting opportunity for Junior Franchaise Chains Manager in Warsaw.
The aim of the Junior Franchaise Chains Manager role is to effectively manage and execute the loyalty program and franchise chains strategy. The key duties include co-shaping program goals, managing client and product mix, establishing collaboration conditions, and preparing long-term plans. Your daily work will require strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage various stakeholders. You will be cooperating with internal teams and external partners to test and implement new solutions. Fluent English and Polish are essential for efficient performance in this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Co-creating program goals (volume, numeric, profit, market share).
- Managing client and product mix to achieve planned goals.
- Establishing collaboration conditions within the program (P4P, P4C).
- Creating agreements for loyalty program and franchise chains.
- Preparing long-term plans and defining the role
- Budget management and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to test and implement new solutions.
- Monitoring execution levels and mapping new opportunities.
- Building strategy and roadmap for collaboration with franchise chains.
- Managing promotional mechanisms and tools available within the chains.
What are we looking for?
·Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/commercial function in an international environment.
·Distinctive communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office
·Business fluent language skills in English and Polish.
·Excellent skills in driving an agenda involving multiple points of interactions/stakeholders.
·Self-driven team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Strong drive to challenge status quo, dealing with ambiguity & ability to see things from new perspective.
·Capacity to nurture in a target-driven environment & be organized in approach.
·Understanding of agency scope and management of creative assets to meet business objectives.
·Bachelor’s degree in marketing/management or similar
