BAT Polska poszukuje Specjalisty ds. Obsługi Klienta z językiem Niemieckim 

Do Twoich obowiązków należeć będzie: 

  • Obsługa klientów Customer Service Center (telefonicznie, mailowo oraz przez chat).
  • Terminowe udzielanie profesjonalnych odpowiedzi na zapytania klientów, tak aby utrzymać wysoki poziom satysfakcji klienta.
  • Tworzenie instrukcji i dokumentów szkoleniowych.
  • Obsługa spraw (ticketów): tworzenie, aktualizacja, komunikacja, eskalacja, monitorowanie).
  • Współpraca z partnerami wewnętrznymi.

Nasze wymagania:

  • Znajomość języka niemieckiego na poziomie C1.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum A2.
  • Otwartość na zdobywanie nowej wiedzy i umiejętności.
  • Umiejętność obsługi komputera.
  • Umiejętność efektywnej pracy w dynamicznym środowisku.
  • Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym, obejmującym 8-godzinne zmiany w godzinach od 9:00 do 18:00 i pracę w soboty (max 2 razy w miesiącu).
