British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for an Area Digital Connectivity Manager in Warsaw
Central Europe (CE) Area Digital Connectivity Manager – plays a pivotal leadership role in driving BAT’s Connectivity Agenda across the Area, acting as the strategic bridge between the Global Connectivity Team and End Markets. This role is accountable for shaping, leading, and delivering the end-to-end Connectivity strategy in line with BAT’s Brand Consumer Experience vision, while directly leading and developing a high-performing team.
The Manager will lead the connectivity roadmap at Area level, ensuring effective localization and implementation of global initiatives, while actively identifying new opportunities to enhance consumer engagement through digital channels. The role ensures local market readiness, alignment, and integration, while fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership:
Own the Area Connectivity Agenda in alignment with global strategies. Translate global direction into locally relevant roadmaps and ensure cohesive execution across markets. - Team Management & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of Connectivity Managers. Set clear priorities, build capabilities, and cultivate a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the principal point of contact between the Global Connectivity Team and Area leadership. Act as a thought partner to End Markets, facilitating alignment and integration of connectivity initiatives. - Program Delivery:
Oversee and drive the execution of key digital connectivity programs across the Area. Ensure quality delivery from ideation through pilot and full-scale rollout, with strong focus on scalability, performance, and consumer impact. - Performance Management:
Supervise and evaluate performance of ongoing initiatives using relevant KPIs and business metrics. Proactively identify areas for optimization and ensure robust reporting and governance. - Change Management:
Drive digital transformation by promoting adoption of new technologies and practices. Address local market challenges and enable smooth change processes. - Innovation & Best Practices:
Promote the use of innovative connectivity solutions. Identify and share standard methodologies across markets to improve digital maturity and business impact.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of confirmed experience in digital marketing, digital transformation, or technology-enabled consumer engagement
- Strong leadership experience, including handling cross-market or regional teams.
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, MarTech/AdTech platforms, and CRM/CX technologies.
- Excellent customer management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in handling complex, cross-functional programs in a matrix environment.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution attitude and a passion for innovation.
- Proficiency in English is required.
