British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Officer
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for external partners, leading commercial discussions and negotiations
- Analysing, reporting, and interpreting store-specific data to drive business growth
- Building, strengthening, and maintaining strong business partnerships with retailers
- Educating retailers responsibly on product and category knowledge, as well as trading terms
- Ensuring effective execution of strategies and campaigns across your assigned territory
- Meeting and exceeding agreed performance targets
- Continuously developing your skills to adapt to industry changes and regulatory requirements
What are we looking for?
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or a related field); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A customer-focused mindset with a solutions-driven approach
- Strong selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- The ability to work independently, take ownership, and stay results-oriented
- A proven track record of building strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- A willingness to take on stretch challenges and deliver within deadlines
- Openness to thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment
- Hands-on experience in sales and achieving sales targets
