British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and controlling shift operations to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Managing planned downtime and ensuring smooth machine run ability to achieve Master Production Schedule targets while supporting IWS philosophy.
- Ensuring product quality by meeting agreed processes, reducing/eliminating market complaints, and safeguarding product integrity.
- Coordinating and supporting maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Driving breakthrough results in process reliability, planned and unplanned downtime, aligned with the Master Production Schedule.
- Providing prompt feedback on machine performance to IWS/Technical teams.
What are we looking for?
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EEE, IPE, ME, or related field).
- Fresh graduates with prior extracurricular activity (ECA) experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of building close working relationships across diverse teams.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to embrace diversity and inclusion while tackling stretch challenges under deadlines.
