British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for XCEED Campus Ambassador
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for BAT Bangladesh on campus.
- Support the planning and execution of campus engagement and recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with student clubs, faculty members, career centres, and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute innovative ideas and initiatives to strengthen campus engagement.
- Enhance BAT’s employer brand through strategic social media engagement.
- Actively participate in assigned campaigns, events, and special projects.
- Coordinate with faculty, alumni, and professionals across BAT functions to expand campus outreach.
- Support student engagement activities and provide insights to help shape recruitment strategies.
What are we looking for?
- Currently enrolled as a 2nd, 3rd, or early 4th year undergraduate student.
- Students from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply.
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities, student organizations, or prominent campus clubs.
- Self-motivated, confident, adaptable, and passionate about making an impact.
- Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in both small and large teams.
- Prior experience organizing campus events or coordinating with faculty and external stakeholders will be an advantage.
