British American TobaccoDenmark has an exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate in Finance in Copenhagen.
As a Global Graduate in Finance, you will join an accelerated 18‑month development programme designed to build strong commercial, financial and leadership capabilities. You will gain hands‑on experience through three rotations across core Finance areas while contributing to real business projects from day one. Throughout the programme, you will be supported by a dedicated Coach, Mentor and a global Graduate network.
The program will officially start on 01.09.2026 – selected candidates that meet the requirements below will be invited to participate in an assessment center in our office, in mid-May this year.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing three structured rotations across different Finance functions in the Nordics business
- Drive strategic projects with senior stakeholders to ensure that the financial capabilities are shaped for the business’ current and future needs
- Supporting forecasting, budgeting and financial performance tracking.
- Analysing financial data and translating insights into recommendations for the business.
- Managing and contributing to cross‑functional projects within the Nordic cluster.
What are we looking for?
- A recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- A strong analytical mindset and the ability to approach challenges with curiosity and creativity.
- A proactive, driven and ambitious personality with a desire to learn fast.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
