Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive individual and team sales performance to achieve business targets.
- Utilize available resources effectively to support volume, market share, and profitability goals.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers.
- Apply customer and market insights to develop and implement impactful sales initiatives.
- Execute in-store activities and outlet visits that deliver a competitive edge.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with experience in Sales or Marketing are welcome.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of Malay and/or Chinese is an advantage.
- Good commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and relationship oriented.
