British American Tobacco Mexicohas an exciting opportunity for an HR and Workplace Experience Internin Monterrey
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support HR Business Partners process related to employee benefits, onboarding and HR communications.
- Prepare and report monthly payroll incidences accurately, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timelines.
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and collaborate with the Talent team to manage the learning and development agenda.
- Support HR and Workplace Experience communications by creating and publishing updates on VivaEngage and assist brigades with scheduling and communication for safety trainings.
- Oversee workplace experience initiatives by sourcing and managing vendors; manage badge assignment, external visit registration, and follow-up on facilities reports from security personnel.
What are we looking for?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) to ensure effective communication with global teams.
- Expected graduation January 2027 or later date
- Availability to support 30 hours per week –hybrid + flexible according to academic workload.
- Organizationand strong attention to detail and accuracy
