Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Activation team in planning and executing brand activities, trade materials, internal and external events, weekly and monthly reports.
- Supporting Finance and Key Account team in documents management, invoice processing, reports and ad hoc tasks.
- Being the key contact and managing office coordinator tasks, office administration and systems maintenance.
- Complying and implementing activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; preferably available for 12+ months, aligned with study completion.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (verbal and written), with availability for full-time in-office presence at our Oslo office.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with previous internship or similar work experience considered a plus.
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented, with strong time management, adaptability, and resilience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently, drive own projects, and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
