ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of CRM & Consumer Care initiatives across our markets. You will work within the Global Business Solutions - Consumer Experience Digital Operations team, collaborating closely with the Digital & Omnichannel Area function to enhance consumer engagement and satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day deployment and operational execution of CRM & Consumer Care activities, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered successfully, on time, and in compliance with company standards.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Drive Operational Excellence – Execute and oversee the smooth end-to-end deployment of CRM campaigns - from creation and personalization, to scheduling and delivery.
- Enhance Consumer Experience – Develop and execute automated consumer journeys to drive engagement as well as creating audience segments based on target audience data and behaviours. This will include workflow creation (email, SMS, surveys, customer care task creation) for different purposes (hyper care, onboarding, abandoned cart).
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights – Utilize digital performance data to optimize CRM activation strategies, ensuring best-in-class consumer engagement. This will include generating reports, analysing data, identifying trends and suggesting improvements for email campaigns.
- Collaborate & Influence – Work cross-functionally with Brand, Commercial, Consumer Experience and IDT teams, along with agency partners, to drive business growth and consumer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Mandatory working experience managing CRM campaign operations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including email content uploads, scheduling and deployment, within a B2C/ Digital Marketing context.
- Ability to work independently, to prioritize workload and take ownership of projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Adept with reporting against CRM KPIs and key parameters.
- Good communication skills & command of the English language.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification will be an advantage.
