REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Production Rework Processor in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Isolate and identify non-conforming products; ensure proper coding and disposition
• Inspect, sort, and separate suspect or defective items from acceptable inventory
• Rework/reconfigure conforming products for shipment readiness
• Create and manage quip directives and rework inventory records
• Receive and process quipped products, assigning final disposition
• Prepare and send reworked products to the warehouse
• Coordinate with warehouse to maintain accurate returns and inventory

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma or equivalent with systems experience (MES, SAP, MS Office, SharePoint, Excel)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-focused with strong urgency
• Effective technical communication skills
• Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Willing to work varied shifts and weekends as needed
• Physically able to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
