REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Integrated Marketing VELO Brand Manager in Winston Salem, NC
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver a purposeful & integrated omnichannel brand experience across all touchpoints, online and offline – to meet the consumer growth agenda (CDF, equity etc)
- Partner with the insights team to define key consumer segments- clear role and goal (e.g. Modern Oral users, cigarette & vapor users considering Modern Oral, Loyalty amongst current franchise)
- Lead an integrated brand experience:
- Define Velo’s Omni-channel marketing strategy to accelerate consumer growth metrics
- Advocate for the advancement of cross-channel collaboration
- Steward for the Modern Oral Go-to-Market team, Consumer Experience Team (Activation, Digital, Rewards, Partnerships) and Velo brand equity development team to develop marketing strategies and creative assets aligned to:
- Target consumer segments’ needs, moments and journey
- Role of touchpoints, formats, marketing levers
- Communication hierarchy and goals
- Creative asset development to maximise impact of touchpoints
- Spend effectiveness and impact; leverage data, insights and performance
- Connect and ensure seamless integration across all marketing activities (NPI, campaign, films, OOH, events, partnership etc) to ensure it meets the consumer segment goal & cohesive brand delivery
- Keep a pulse on campaign execution, innovation and technology trends while also guiding the development of world-class marketing capabilities e.g. new media/ touchpoints
- Identify efficiencies in production workflow, campaign execution, and creative improvements
- Support the build of prioritization roadmap & gap-identification for digital initiatives
- Develop consumer journey- marketing activity cycle plan and calendar, making sure all project/campaign elements deliver to the overarching brand cycle plan
- Lead and develop a G34 Brand Marketing Lead Manager (Digital & Rewards)
- Comprehensive implementation and project management of marketing campaigns across all digital marketing programs and channels: (web sites, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, SEO, social media, mobile solutions, e-commerce etc.)
- Ensure compliance guidelines are followed, and new initiatives are vetted through internal LEX and regulatory stakeholders for all digital marketing programs/projects. Additionally, ensuring that it meets our Responsible Marketing Standards/ Framework
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and driving accountability as brand lead across key stakeholders & multiple functions- internally and externally.
- Help G36 Manager succeed by supporting areas such as cross functional collaboration, Velo team meetings and other leadership meetings narrative prep as well as creating a cohesive and positive innovation team culture.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years working in related fields such as Brand Marketing, Integrated/ Digital/ Growth Marketing and Consumer Experience.
- Demonstrated track record of successful, innovative problem solving and leadership that resulted in market share gains and/or business improvement.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and lead and motivate a cross-functional team to achieve superior performance.
- Proven ability to analyze data to synthesize information into business & brand storytelling to influence the sell-in of strategic initiatives and/or projects.
- Highly effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate strategic thinking and influence stakeholder understanding and buy in.
- Ability to evaluate the consumer journey and experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to understand commercial, operational, and financial priorities of the business and align initiatives and resources to the areas of greatest impact.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required – marketing and brand/ product development specialization is a plus.

- 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
