British American Tobacco Hellas has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign & Cross Media Executive, in Athens, Greece
As a Campaign & Cross Media Executive, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated communication campaigns across earned, owned, paid, and partner channels. You will manage key touchpoints including PR, media partnerships, social media, digital platforms, influencer engagement, and brand experiences, ensuring consistent and impactful brand storytelling across the consumer journey.
Your role is to maximize brand awareness, consideration, consumer acquisition and engagement, through breakthrough communications, strategic channel orchestration, and continuous optimization of media and communication effectiveness.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Legal, and External Affairs teams to align priorities, secure resources, and deliver best-in-class campaigns.
The position requires strong collaboration with creative, PR, media, and content agencies, driving the development of innovative and insight-led communication programs that enhance brand equity, generate earned media visibility, and create meaningful consumer connections. You will also support the identification of new partnership opportunities, media innovations, and cross-channel activations that strengthen the brand's presence and business performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Omnichannel Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated brand and campaign plans, translating brand and business objectives into scalable activation plans, to drive acquisition, engagement and business growth.
- Lead end-to-end Deployment: Own campaign governance, planning, prioritization, sequencing and performance management, ensuring operational excellence and seamless execution across all consumer touchpoints (online & offline).
- Digital Channel Strategic Execution:Lead digital activation & communication plans, driving brand storytelling across channels; media, social media, influencers, events, CRM, websites and proprietary platforms, ensuring consistent omnichannel experiences and adherence to digital best practices
- Relationships Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong governance, marketing campaigns deployment, budget discipline, high-quality and timely execution, across all touchpoints. While ensuring contractual agreements are in place and capabilities are working.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, campaign and activation effectiveness, reporting insights and adjusting strategies to achieve goals and optimize future performance.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Drive SEO activities by implementing best practices, emerging technologies, strategic partnerships and new ways of working that enhance visibility, consumer engagement and business impact.
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field; postgraduate studies are considered a plus.
- 4+ years of experience from a similar role with commercial experience in a globally matrixed environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in campaign management, communications, brand building, and online channel strategy, combined with a deep understanding of consumer needs, behaviors, and journeys to drive effective acquisition and engagement.
- Strong cross-functional project management, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and a commercial omnichannel perspective, with the ability to connect offline and online consumer journeys.
- Experience in briefing, managing and challenging creative, media and execution agencies
- Knowledge of web analytics tools, SEO procedures, MS Office, and Power BI will be considered a plus.
- Fluency in Greek and English is required.
