ROLE SUMMARY
Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates with up to 3 years of work experience who wish to fast track their career within a global organization, and have the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as a Junior Manager in our Operations organization. Become a Global Graduate in Operations
Global Graduates will work closely with experienced operations and supply chain professionals to support the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives within the operations area. In this role, you will contribute to the design and optimization of operational and logistics processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvements.
You will lead, support, and coordinate projects focused on improving operational and logistical processes, ensuring that the best solutions are implemented while considering the changes associated with Route to Market (RTM) initiatives. Through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration, you will help evaluate processes and propose improvements that enhance overall operational effectiveness.
As part of this experience, you will also contribute to ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures by supporting the implementation of appropriate controls and maintaining alignment across interdepartmental processes. The role aims to drive continuous improvement in product distribution, optimize the use of resources, reduce delivery times and associated costs, and ensure quality and effectiveness across warehouses, finance, and other key operational processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across different work areas by proposing and leading optimization initiatives based on the Integrated Work System (IWS) methodology.
- Manage the implementation or enhancement of processes, systems, or tools within the organization, ensuring that changes are executed effectively without impacting productivity.
- Develop communication and training plans to engage teams and users in the change process, ensuring they are aligned with new practices or tools.
- Analyze costs associated with operational processes (warehouse, distribution, etc.) to identify opportunities for expense reduction or improved profitability.
- Plan the development of the digital transformation agenda for the operations area, driving the definition and development of the master plan and its corresponding systems.
- Work closely with other departments (IT, logistics, finance, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment of objectives and the effective implementation of projects and processes.
¿What are we looking for?
- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering’s, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, International Marketing and Logistics Management, Logistics and Operations Engineering, Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Process, Administration, or related field.
- Recent graduates (graduation from December 2022 to December 2025).
- Between 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in supply chain and/or project management
- Fluent in English (advanced proficiency in oral & writing).
- Efficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Open to relocate globally - global mobility.
- Demonstrated abilities in leadership, communication, strategic thinking, decision-making, results orientation, negotiation, stakeholder management, change management, problem-solving, continuous improvement, curiosity, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
- Have leadership skills demonstrated through either relevant professional experience or extra-curricular activities within prestigious companies, NGOs, student associations, etc.
