We’re looking for a new colleague to join our ambitious and dynamic Brand Activation team. You’ll be part of driving our leading position in the entertainment space through impactful partnerships, enabling sales and deploying with excellence activities focused on building our brand’s presence where products are consumed on-site, like bars, restaurants, festivals and others.
Responsibilities include establishing strong relationships with our partners, deploying activities to drive our brand availability, training sales teams, executing promotions, and analysing market performance to drive business growth and meet sales targets. This role requires a blend of sales management, marketing strategy, and relationship building and will suit someone who thrives on ownerships, visibility and accountability for long-term commercial growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Account and relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise accounts, such as nightclub, bar and restaurant owners, managers, and staff.
- Brand strategy and execution:Implement on-premise strategies to increase brand visibility and availability. This includes managing point-of-sale permanent and semi-permanent materials.
- Promoter education:Educate the team of promoters implementing our entertainment activities, providing training, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure they can effectively implement brand plans.
- Business development:Identify and recommend new partnerships to drive product availability, capitalize on market opportunities and drive incremental sales and brand visibility.
- Market analysis and reporting:Track channel performance, identify opportunities, and report performance to senior leadership.
- Operational duties:Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience from a similar role, preferably from the FMCG industry
- Strong commercial acumen with proven success in generating value through partner channels
- Relationship-driven and skilled negotiator, with a talent for identifying, building and maintaining collaborations
- Experienced strong operational mindset with the ability to execute flawlessly in fast-paced environments
- Good verbal and written skills in both Danish and English
- Open to travel within Denmark to support events and festivals, including occasional evening and night hours
- Approximately 75% of time spent in the office and 25% in the field
