British American Tobacco Mexicohas an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Planning & Prioritization Analyst in Monterrey
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ability to synthesis large amounts of information to generate observations
- Develop data analysis with a high level of accuracy
- Filter and clean data in such a way to provide uniformity and standardization across different informational sets
- Understanding of programming tools is preferred (Python, R, Alteryx, Knime, Dataiku, Databricks)
- Use of Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) is desired
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MicroStrategy, and the ability to quickly learn and use cloud-based third-party applications
- Excellent English written, oral and presentation communication skills.
- Must have a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree required, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or Engineering preferred
- At least 1 year of professional experience, 1+ years in data analytics, revenue management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning with emphasis on Tobacco industry or FMCGs is desirable.Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Exposure to tools like SQL, Power BI, Databricks and MicroStrategy
- Knowledge and experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing dataStrong attention to detail
- Time management skills with an ability to adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to communicate complex information in a consolidated and straightforward way
- Must be able to manage confidential information
