British American TobaccoMexico has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager RGM – Latam North in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
The Senior Manager RGM – LATAMN is a senior manager responsible for leading, shaping & driving the RGM agenda (Pricing, Promotions, Assortment & TCI) across the organization. This role has high visibility and senior leader exposure, and it operates both at a technical and strategical level.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead RGM department ensuring consistent delivery of objectives aiming to grow commercial value for the organization
- Owner of the pricing agenda throughout the LATAM North cluster.
- Develop and control trade margins & discounts strategy aiming to maximize value in our different categories/channels across the cluster.
- Lead Assortment strategy by implementing and proposing analytical models and solutions to leverage data and deliver value growth.
- Oversee and implement a wide array of analytical approaches and modeling, leveraging technological resources inclusive of regression engines, artificial intelligence and scenario planning modules
- Collaborate with the broader Growth management team & other functional leads (Consumer Insights & Foresights, Customer Management, brands) to ensure an aligned annual operating plan with appropriate revenue, margin and share objectives
- Be a central link between all functions (finance & marketing) to balance out strategy aiming to grow SOM & SOV.
- Be a instrumental factor in the upskilling of the organization when it comes to RGM mindset, data management, analysis and modeling, directed always towards decision making
- Develop a team of 5 people, develop a succession plan and provide coaching/leadership to them.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Advanced English, spoken and written.
- +5 years proven leadership experience in RGM and data management.
- Commercially focused and is consumer centric driven.
- Strong ability to build trusting partnerships
- Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support
- Successful experiences leading and developing others
- Experience in FMCGs strongly preferred.
