British American Tobacco France has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Planning Intern in Paris, La Défense
Within the Supply Chain department, you will join the Supply Planning Team thatprovides accurate production plans to ensure the availability of our products in the French market,
BAT is in constant transformation, following the growth of our new product categories and the many launches every year, you will participate in a key transition project. You will represent the supply chain team for France taking full responsibility supporting the project from start to finish by working with different teams, assisting to various local and regional meetings, providing analysis, and presenting results.
Following our continuous improvement initiatives to achieve the digitalization of our supply chain, you will be able to lead a project where you will learn and work with different tools as Kinaxis and Power BI, where you will propose and build new processes to analyse our safety stock, lead time and stock holding policy to have a more accurate order proposal with a local and regional scope.
In addition, you will support the team with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks such as the coordination of production plans, new products management, overstock management, stock vs forecasts analysis, cost reduction analysis and KPIs.
You will be part of a solid team, having the opportunity to work with cross-functional areas at local and regional level such as Marketing, Trade, Legal, Finance, Digital and Demand Planning.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Propose new processes and KPIs
- Coordination of production plans
- Follow up of production orders
- New products management
- Stock vs. forecasts and cost reduction analysis
What are we looking for?
- BAC +4/5 (école d’ingénieur, de commerce ou université);
- Advanced English skills, French would be considered an advantage
- Analytical and logical mindset; curiosity and proactivity; fast and easy learning; good attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and resilient, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach; highly passionate about process, quality, and task completion.
- MS Excel is a must; SAP ECC, Kinaxis RR/SP, Power BI knowledge would be beneficial.
