ROLE SUMMARY
Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates with up to 3 years of work experience who wish to fast track their career within a global organization, and have the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as a Junior Manager in our Finance organization. Become a Global Graduate in Finance
As a Global Graduate you will work with tenured finance professionals to develop remarkable skills, understand best practices, and learn how Finance partners with functional leaders throughout the organization to achieve business results. You will work as part of our accelerated management program in different finance rotations. These rotations will allow you to develop and present strategic business analysis projects addressing real business opportunities and creating action plans/recommendations.
Finance Functions which you may support during the program include: Commercial Finance, FP&A, core Finance, among others.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepares accurate and timely analytical and management reports, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analysis to support financial performance tracking.
- Translates financial data into meaningful insights, explaining key drivers and trends to support informed decision-making.
- Contributes to pricing strategies, market and competitor analysis, and the development of robust business cases for investment decisions.
- Supports ad-hoc financial projects and new business initiatives, providing analytical input and financial modeling as needed.
- Acts as a proactive business partner, driving process improvements, fostering a consumer-focused mindset, and promoting teamwork across functions.
¿What are we looking for?
- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Recent graduates (graduation from December 2021 to June 2025).
- Between 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in Finance or a related field (Internship experiences will be considered.)
- Fluent in English (advanced proficiency in oral & writing).
- Efficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), SAP and Power BI.
- Open to relocate locally & globally (global mobility).
- Strong analytical skills, business sense and a strategic mentality.
- Are curious, ambitious, innovative, take initiatives, passionate about challenges and communicate clearly.
- Have leadership skills demonstrated through either relevant professional experience or extra-curricular activities within prestigious companies, NGOs, student associations, etc.
