As a People Experience Partner you will be responsible for seamless execution and deployment of key strategic HR objectives consistently across the area corporate functions. To build a winning environment in the organization providing smooth support during the HR cycle and employee relations. Provide advice and expertise through people data analysis and foresights, BAT talent policies, processes and reward. HR Executive role ensures to deliver quality execution and deployment of people agenda and initiatives to provide impactful and valued people experience to the business.
WHAT YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES BE?
- Deploy the People agenda aligned with Area and corporate function priorities.
- Advise and support People Leaders on all HR matters, policies, and employee lifecycle events.
- Manage confidential and complex ER cases, including investigations, coaching, and resolution.
- Oversee onboarding, exits (voluntary/involuntary), appointments, promotions, and salary changes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, SuccessFactors processes, and internal SOPs.
- Own and execute local and global HR cycle activities including data validation, reward, performance, and reporting.
- Lead stay and exit interviews with insights to inform people strategies.
- Support end-to-end talent management: from role profiling and hiring to succession planning.
- Facilitate talent reviews and support learning & development needs identification.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
- Provide data insights to inform people planning, inclusion, and organisational design.
- Role model ethical behaviour and contribute to the delivery of strategic people objectives.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR (e.g., HR Admin, generalist, employment relations or talent).
- Tertiary degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Org Development, Psychology or any related field is preferred
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office suite with focus on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS SharePoint
- Basic knowledge of market employment law
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team.
- Use initiative with a high level of organizational ability.
