British American Tobacco Austriahas an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Activation Specialistin Vienna
We're looking for a passionate, proactive and diligent individual to support carrying out coordinated marketing campaigns across retail, media and events. In collaboration with internal teams and outside collaborators, you'll help bring our brands to life by delivering outstanding campaign execution across multiple consumer touchpoints.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals and project follow-ups to ensure all activities are completed on time and according to plan. - Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with both internal departments and external partners, especially creative agencies to ensure smooth campaign implementation across all channels. - Retail Communication & POSM
Support the development, creation, and rollout of retail communication materials and POSM across all touchpoints. - OOH & Media Campaign Support
Assist in the execution of OOH and print campaigns by coordinating campaign assets, production and deployment with internal and external partners. - Events & Brand Activations
Support the planning, coordination and execution of events, launches and brand activations, including post-event reporting and KPI tracking.
What are we looking for?
- Educational Background
Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience with a focus on Marketing.
1–2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, Events or Project Coordination. Experience gained through internships will also be considered.
- Language Skills
Fluent in English and German. - Communication & Organization
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Team Spirit & Attitude
A great teammate with a can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
