Cigarrera Bigott has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Global Graduate in Caracas

As a Global Graduate in Marketing, you'll learn the business of Marketing from top to bottom, inside and out. You'll develop remarkable skills, understand best practices, and learn how Marketing partners with functional leaders throughout the organization to achieve business results. While you'll be assigned to three of the different Function´s COEs; you may also have the opportunity to get exposed to any other relevant COE, as part of your immersion in Marketing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct negotiations and activities for the brands in the BAT portfolio at key points of sale in the portfolio, ensuring the knowledge of these products.
  • Develop sales force skills to increase commitment and customer relationships.
  • Carry out and develop activities to increase customer engagement and participation levels.
  • Monitor the performance of partners in each of the distribution channels.
  • Design, implement, and monitor strategies related to the speed of product placement at different points of sale.
  • Prepare reports on the fulfilment of Trade Marketing objectives; provide timely visibility to the team and promote the achievement of proposed goals.
  • Contribute to the demand estimation process based on market insights.
  • Develop scenarios and sensitivities for the category using competitor and illicit market information.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or Engineer.
  • Recent graduates (graduation from December 2021 to January 2025).
  • Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Trade Marketing or a related field (relevant internship experience will be considered).
  • Fluent in English (advanced proficiency in oral & writing)
  • Excellent MO Excel skills.
  • Global mobility.

  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience working in FMCGs.
  • Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail minded; multi-tasks; good in building rapport and strong relationships.
  • Have a drive for excellence: high expectation for the quality of your work, proactive in nature and comfortable to deal with ambiguity and to influence a wide array of stakeholders.
  • Hunger for continuous learning, eager to develop new skills and proactiveness MUST be part of your DNA.
