British American Tobacco Pakistan has an exciting opportunity for an Engagement Center Training Associate in Lahore

ROLE SUMMARY

This role will identify organization needs, implement, and facilitate learning solutions which will enable the marketing organisation to develop and support continuously improving business performance. The job scope will range from aligning the stakeholder expectations to developing a learning strategy supporting the Marketing organisation and ensuring quality delivery of the pre-aligned services.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Good understanding of End Market business priorities, trade landscape & trade agenda.
• Capable of understanding a diverse range of End Market strategies including offline/ F2F touchpoints (TMR, Sales Rep, Merchandiser etc.), Virtual/ Tele channel (agents) as well as online channels (B2B digital sales & engagement)
• Support in designing of QA monitoring formats and quality standards
• Prepare and analyse quality reports, organizing training sessions for continuous improvement, and conducting regular performance reviews for all agents.
• Participate in  calibration sessions with team managers and staff to maintain consistency in performance
• Regularly develop programs and solutions to enhance the marketing organization’s capabilities, supported by the effective use of marketing and learning tools
• Design and maintain training course for all materials and develop appropriate manuals and handouts
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the availability of relevant information to be incorporated into training programs
• Facilitate development programmes to ensure that learning objectives are agreed & achieved
• Measure training effectiveness and provide feedback on the effectiveness & efficiency of development programmes.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational products, services, procedures, and guidelines.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• A bachelor’s degree in a business field or marketing field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory role
• Learning & Development Expertise, Learning process design and Content expertise in Marketing Skills library
• Experience in designing training programme, facilitate training development, or a similar position
• Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adjust to digital advancement

• Service quality assurance . Understand of service quality assurance processes to ensure training programmes meet expected standard and continuously improve performance outcomes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suit.
• Experience with learning management systems and content creation tools – Grid, EdApp, Adobe, Canva, Synthesia, Anireel Etc.
