British American Tabacco Swizerland has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Team Assistant in Lausanne.

Your key responibilities will include:

Meeting & Event Coordination

• Organize and set up meetings, conferences, and events
• Assist in planning and executing internal and external events to the highest standard

Administrative & Operational Support

• Manage administrative tasks related to supplier management, procurement, purchasing, payment
• Provide support for internal communication initiatives
• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations

Travel & Logistics

• Arrange business trips, including booking training rooms, hotels, and transportation
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless execution of assigned tasks

Marketing Department Support

• Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team as needed

• Education & Experience: Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education, with prior experience in a similar role within an international mid-to-large office environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Romandie F&B and Hospitality landscape is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, open-mindedness, and the ability to adapt quickly to different cultures. A flexible, reliable, and highly discreet professional.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Languages: Fluency in English and French is required; German is a strong asset
