British American Tabacco Swizerland has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Team Assistant in Lausanne.
Your key responibilities will include:
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Organize and set up meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external events to the highest standard
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage administrative tasks related to supplier management, procurement, purchasing, payment
- Provide support for internal communication initiatives
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations
Travel & Logistics
- Arrange business trips, including booking training rooms, hotels, and transportation
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless execution of assigned tasks
Marketing Department Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team as needed
What are we looking for?
- Education & Experience: Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education, with prior experience in a similar role within an international mid-to-large office environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Romandie F&B and Hospitality landscape is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, open-mindedness, and the ability to adapt quickly to different cultures. A flexible, reliable, and highly discreet professional.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French is required; German is a strong asset
