ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The Consumer Experience Strategy & Planning Senior Manager is responsible for the development & delivery of marketing communication strategy maximising consumer reach, and conversion and revenue from omnichannels across categories and end markets. Responsibilities will also include:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining monocategory or multicategory communication cycle plans in line with brand growth priorities and aligning and calibrating CX needs ensuring the efficiency of the 360 consumer experience journey.
  • Executing brand articulation into communication strategy and translating Brand Health metrics & CDF into communication objectives & priorities.
  • Implementing Consumer Insights & QIR take-aways into communication plans.
  • Leading the adaptation of global CCG’s & delivering touchpoint packages by cycle and by market for a specific / all categories.
  • Leading Campaign development (for local needs not catered in Global CCGs).
  • Delivering omnichannel mono/ multicategory guidelines ensuring synergy across touchpoints development via a standardizing and centralising approach: messaging strategy / 121 / POSM / etc.
  • Closely collaborating with the digital content development team.
  • Delivering and tracking KPIs and translating them into action plan proposals.
  • Actively managing and building relationships with external Agencies.
  • Managing budgets.
  • Managing and Developing the team.

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive Professional experience working with Brands / CX EM Experience.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with an ability to work in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
  • Proven experience working in a highly regulated FMCG industry.
  • Previous line management experience including managing managers within a broader team.
  • Effective stakeholder management – experience working with and managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Engaging and inspiring approach to work, providing direction, focus to drive people for results. Commercially engaging stakeholders proactively in a consumer- centric manner.
  • Embraces change: enjoys working in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Has a growth mind-set: relentless in the pursuit of growth and perfectionism.
  • Experience working with Trade and Insights.
