British American Tobacco (UK) has an exciting opportunity for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Executive in London, Chiswick
We are seeking for a CRO Executive to join our dynamic Western Europe Digital & Omnichannel team.
Working in the Western Europe Area Consumer Experience Digital & Omnichannel team, you will be responsible for support of the day-to-day management of the CRO activity across Western Europe Markets.
Together with the CRO Manager, you will be supporting:
- Defining the CRO direction, approach and testing routine across countries and websites in Western Europe.
- Implementing a strategy of continuous change to our eCommerce Platforms.
- Ensuring CRO is fully integrated into the rest of the Digital & Omnichannel strategies to drive continual growth and overall impact in our Digital channels through better UI/UX. This, with aim to drive improved consumer satisfaction and value.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experiences in managing and delivering successful Omnichannel platforms, is commercially attuned, experienced in eCommerce activations, have a passion for digital innovation, UI/UX design & performance analytics – in all, committed to enable and contribute towards in delivering the business growth (NTO, Brand Equity) and exceptional consumer experiences (NPS, CSAT & Contactable Consumer Growth).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with End Market teams to design CRO programs that are relevant for End Market’s consumers, and in line with end market regulatory compliance.
- Analyzing the Consumer journey to determine the opportunities and pain points, across the Omnichannel touchpoints, to help ensure brand platforms facilitate the target consumer to have the smoothest connected from landing, browsing, registration, check-out and support/ services, device agnostic. This can include all brand touchpoint connecting to the website or ecommerce from E&E/ 121/ eRetailer/ App/ vending machines, call center, etc.
- Working with Agency Partners to validate and approve tests and report KPIs back to business. Build an efficient communication workflow, ensuring right checks are in place before every stage of test pipeline.
- Proactively connect, engage, partner and foster relationships with cross functional teams (i.e. Brand, Commercial, Consumer Experience, IDT, GBS, etc) and Agency partners to deliver the data driven CRO activity across multiple eCommerce websites and end markets. This can include
- Validate and approve tests and report KPIs back to the business.
- Build an efficient communication workflow and ensure the right checks are in place before every key stage of the test pipeline.
- Support the identification of opportunities, dependencies and key enablers; as well as, identifying risks and come up with mitigation approach to remove speed bumps for smooth delivery.
- For our consumers, Ensuring a seamless journey experience for our target consumers from landing, browsing, registration, check-out and support, device agnostic. For our Partners, Ensuring a simplified and user-friendly interface to enable the successful engagement with the consumers with our Brand at Retail/ HoReCa/ Festivals.
What are we looking for?
- University degree. Preferably, major in Digital Marketing, eCommerce and User Experience Design.
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in Digital Marketing roles, preferably in CRO, eCommerce or Digital Analytics
- Strong marketing & commercial acumen and constantly keep abreast of digital marketing trends, innovation and capabilities in the market.
- Strong project management skills. Proven track record in delivering Digital Marketing & eCommerce/ Marketplace programs and campaigns.
- Ability to work comfortably with data; presenting data, communicating insights and recommendations in a simplified manner easily understood by cross-functional stakeholders outside of Digital Marketing team.
- Experience in managing brand/ ecommerce websites.
- Proven track record in planning and management of complex programs and stakeholders all while being mindful of deadlines.
- Well versed and proven track record in managing small to mid-sized teams, Agency partnerships and internal stakeholders’ relationships.
- Have hands-on experience in working in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team setup.
- Excellent communicator in English, both verbal and written. Well versed with business & data storytelling.
- A strong sense of ownership. Ability to work independently on projects, collaborate effectively within teams and cross functionally,
- Hands-on and self-starter, coupled with an always-on mode of self-learning and development.
- Has a challenger mentality – not afraid to learn something new, try and fail to learn.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Tools from the Adobe Suites and Google Suites or VWO, Optimizely are beneficial.
