We’re looking for an experienced People Analytics Manager who thrives on analysing feedback, uncovering meaningful patterns, and shaping data-driven strategies for our business. In this role, you’ll translate both qualitative and quantitative data from various sources into insights that directly influence our strategic priorities.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Analyze & Synthesize Data: Gather actionable insights from people metrics including employee feedback insights to inform leadership and shape group-wide initiatives.
- Develop Reporting Dashboards: Create intuitive dashboards and reports that highlight complex insights effectively, using storytelling techniques to guide senior leaders.
- Identify Patterns & Opportunities: Use advanced analytics to reveal emerging trends, themes, and areas for improvement.
- Integrate Data with Business Metrics: Combine employee feedback with key business metrics to create a full picture impacting areas like employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a go-to expert on employee engagement metrics, guiding stakeholders in understanding and leveraging insights.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- University Degree and a background in people analytics.
- Experience in utilising different analytics platforms to generate actionable, predictive insights.
- Strong grasp of people analytics and their impact on business metrics and strategy.
- Ability to influence leaders, convey insights with clarity and foster cross-functional collaboration towards data-driven decisions.
- Experience in diverse and complex, multicultural environments with a high degree of cultural sensitivity.
