We are seeking a driven and motivated Digital Data Analyst Intern to optimize the conversion rate of the various website of the group based on the performance analysis of the different touchpoint, promotions and provide digital business recommendations. The ideal candidate will be in charge of ecommerce reporting, analyses, and predict the digital performance and be the owner of monitoring tools, data collect/ analysis and ecommerce forecast.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Define the most suitable eCommerce KPIs & PIs per channel to optime the different source of traffic aligned with the digital team;
- Manage and optimize the digital performance dashboards with many stakeholders: Web Analytics, Social Listening, CRM, ecommerce, etc.
- Set-up daily/weekly/monthly business reports for the digital team/marketing director and General Manager;
- Manage digital consumer journey analysis which impact sales results and monitor the promotion impact on the business;
- Make data more actionable for the digital & brand team to draw learnings è find insights to feed brand strategies.
What are we looking for?
- A good knowledge of digital channel strategies (and their specificities; KPIs, tools and attribution models);
- A good data driven mindset: strong capability to make the data actionable with business recommendations as you are going to be part of the digital transformation of the company;
- Some basics on SQL knowledge;
- Advanced English level, French desirable;
- BAc+4, Bac+5 in Business School or School engineering.
