KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures to minimize risks to company personnel, assets, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and organizational security requirements, aligning with global best practices.
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize threats to the business.
• Oversee and manage security for BATPNG delivery movements, depots, and warehouses in key locations.
• Lead and manage third-party security teams across Coastal and Highlands regions.
• Conduct fraud investigations and security incident reviews, providing timely reports to key stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, government authorities, and third-party security providers.
• Drive crisis management and business continuity plans, ensuring preparedness for potential security threats.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Preferably 4 years or more experience in security management, law enforcement, or corporate security.
• Extensive knowledge of security systems, risk assessments, and crisis management.
• Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or corporate security with a strong reputation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct fraud investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to motivate and lead security teams while fostering strong internal and external relationships.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of legal security requirements.
