Your key responsibilities will include:

•  Lead the preparation and submission of ESG reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and frameworks and contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyse data on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
• Identify and assess sustainability risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for risk mitigation and enhancement of sustainability performance.
• Stay informed about emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business operations. Providing training and support.

What are we looking for?

• Academic background in Environment or Social sciences, engineering, marketing, economic, administration, finance or related fields
• 2+ years working in Agriculture/ESG, environmental and/or social verifications in Supply chains/operations.
• Microsoft office (specially excel and power point)
• Advanced English
• Strong communication, engagement, interpersonal skills and excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
