ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Act as Project Manager for Tik Tok Shop Implementation including detail timelines, activities, responsible.
• Ensure Product listing is accurate to current available products. He will work close with the agency selected to ensure all necessary work is done.
• Create Promo calendar for Tik Tok that is 100% aligned to Amazon.
• Keep track together with the agency of all Influencers / creators contacted, posts created, payments and agreements
• Manage and Control Affiliate Program with the selected Creators
• Budget Control (Payments, Invoices)
• Manage Assets Approval Cadence with Brand Team and LEX
• Drive Weekly follow up Meetings with agency to discuss Strategy / Plans / Executions / Results

• Do you have experience with DTC?
• Do you have experience with Social Media

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of challenging the status quo.
• Deep Knowledge and understanding of Tik Tok Platform (Shop & social media)
• Deep Understanding and good experience on Affiliate Marketing
• Bachelor Degree and/ or prior brand marketing experience a plus

BENEFICIAL

• Good business acumen, with the ability to understand commercial, operational, and financial priorities of the business and align marketing initiatives and resources with the areas of greatest impact.
• Experience with project management
