Your key responsibilities will include:
As the Event & Gastro Partnership Executive, you will play a strategic role in driving our brands’ presence in the HoReCa and events sector, managing key partnerships and ensuring flawless execution:
- Strategic Coordination of Events & Partnerships
Oversee the strategy as well as the planning, coordination, and execution of events and activations in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and compliance within partnership frameworks.
- Negotiation & Partnership Management
Lead the negotiation and development of partnerships within the HoReCa sector and entertainment spaces, securing high-value collaborations that enhance brand visibility.
- Innovation & ROI & Innovation
Ensure, track & enhance strong return on investment (ROI) from all partnerships and events. Anticipate and develop new, creative ways to maximize sales, visibility and engagement the HoReCa and entertainment sectors.
- Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external execution agencies to guarantee the seamless delivery of campaigns and events while ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines.
- On-ground Execution Leadership
Manage the logistical and operational aspects of events, ensuring that all partnerships and activations are executed flawlessly, in line with the brand’s vision.
- Performance Optimization & Insights
Monitor the performance of partnerships and events, providing insights and reports that drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
What are we looking for?
- Partnership & Negotiation Expertise
3-5 years of experience managing HoReCa and event partnerships, with a proven track record of securing high-value deals and collaborations.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management
Strong relationship management skills, with experience working closely with agencies and event organizers to ensure successful execution.
- Organizational & Project Management Skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
- Compliance & Regulatory Awareness
A thorough understanding of partnership frameworks, with the ability to ensure all activations and collaborations comply with contractual & regulatory requirements.
- Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
