British American TobaccoDBS Hubis looking for New Product Introduction Managers in Warsaw

If you enjoy coordinating high-impact projects, launching innovative products, and making a real difference in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to join us in Warsaw as a New Product Introduction Manager in our NPI department.

We are looking for professionals for the NPI HUB in Warsaw to lead the NPI Program deployment across functional teams and ensure successful project delivery for key markets across Europe. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of NPI projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, and operational issue resolution.
  • Using a project management approach to define timing, volume, cost and quality within assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Oversee and ensure on-time, full implementation of programs by removing blockers and improving processes.
  • Drive the financial objectives of NPI deployments, ensuring timely business case development, CAPEX, and compliance information for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Operations, managing dependencies throughout NPI phases.
  • Coordinate communication across global, regional, and local functions for business alignment and visibility.
  • Oversee team development, ensuring necessary skills, performance, and compliance management.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing complex issues, working independently, and managing detail as validated by experiencein FMCG environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of NPI deployment in the tobacco industry, with a solid background in NPI management.
  • In-depth understanding of technical requirements, lead times, and NPI deployment protocols.
  • Proven project management and operational implementation skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
