BAT POLAND IS LOOKING FOR A SUPPLY NETWORK PLANNER

LOCATION: Warsaw, Poland – DBS Hub

We are opening a new and innovative Supply Chain HUB in Warsaw with more than 100 professionals who will coordinate the deployment of regionally and locally driven Supply Network initiatives. Can you imagine how different and countless opportunities are waiting for you at every corner?

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The purpose of the role is to deliver an optimal Supply Network Plan from Factories to Customers for the designated Sub Area with the Region.

Reports to: Supply Network Manager

Reporting Level: manages self – no direct reports

Geographic Scope: regionally

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Create and deliver the Supply Network Plan to meet customer requirements across the Global Supply Chain Network in line with the standard planning process.
  • Identify risks/issues and manage exceptions through the Weekly Planning Process to: 
  • Avoid Out of stock and deliver On Time in Full.
  • Highlight and solve internal demand and capacity imbalances
  • Investigate and provide Root Cause Analysis and Mitigation Plans through engagement with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage variations to New Product Introduction project timelines
  • Communicate upcoming exceptional cost and seek relevant approval for execution
  • Ensure the Supply Network Plan is in line with approved stock targets and drive inventory performance and working capital optimization to reduce overall Supply Chain cost
  • Ensure completeness and correctness of Master Data (APO SNP & ECC) to drive accuracy through planning systems
  • Adhere to all processes and procedures as per defined Operating model

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  • Are you familiar with SAP APO/ERP Systems?
  • Do you have experience in a FMCG company managing planning processes?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • University degree (Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or Engineering)
  • Experience in a FMCG company managing planning processes
  • SAP APO/ERP System knowledge and Excel skills are strong assets
  • Fluency in English
  • Good understanding of Planning processes.
  • Profound analytical and planning skills
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Coordination and problem-solving skills across multiple markets/factories and multiple issues
  • Good numerical skills

BENEFICIAL

  • Experience with ERP/Planning systems
  • FMCG and/or consumer electronics supply chain experience
