Order Fulfilment Executive

The ideal candidate must have the ability to quickly adapt to changes of a challenging environment and will be working with an international team to map and improve supply chain strategies to best serve the stakeholders. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, problem solving abilities, and the ability to think creatively. The Order Fulfilment Executive will be responsible for overseeing our entire supply chain from the point of acquisition to delivery, as well as managing our inventory and warehousing. In this position, you will lead a team of professionals to ensure timely and accurate product delivery, while also developing and executing strategies to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the demand planning activities and ensure OTIF deliveries to achieve the business objectives.
• Monitor new introductions in the market and ensure are delivered as per the agreed timeline.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels in the warehouse.
• Plan and or update the Order Forecasting Plan (36 months) effectively, providing accurate and timely forecasts to the suppliers/ production units, to maintain optimum levels of stock, in line with Company’s Sales & Marketing plans.
• Monitor and optimize the supply chain process.
• Analyze and propose changes in demand forecast through sales/production insights..
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Engage & liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve issues.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years experience in Supply Chain Operations / Trade Marketing; detail‑ and deadline‑oriented
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, comfortable working with figures (critical)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to explain complex topics clearly
• IT literate: MS Office, Power BI; SAP‑APO / Kinaxis is a plus
• Good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, able to challenge the status quo and work cross‑functionally
• Organized, autonomous, with strong time‑management skills
• University degree (Engineering / Business); Master’s or MBA preferred
• Fluent English and Greek (spoken and written)
