BAT Luxembourg has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join our team in Brussels.
As BAT continues to evolve into a global multi-category business, we are looking for colleagues who are ready to Be The Change. This role is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of the operational annual cycle plan and supporting our field force with clear, data-driven insights, enabling excellence in execution across the Luxembourg market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
•Supporting the planning and coordination of sales cycles, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines, including coordination of planning documents and meeting follow-ups.
• Managing and optimizing CRM tools and dashboards to ensure field force efficiency and data accuracy.
• Ensuring data quality and system updates related to customer information, product setups, and cycle-related content.
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Trade, Key Accounts) to gather insights and deliver relevant reporting.
• Ensuring data integrity and availability across local systems, supporting visibility on market activity.
• Driving a culture of compliance, inclusion, and collaboration through proactive communication and process support.
• Identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and acting as a key contact for cycle-related insights and process improvements.
What We Are Looking For
• University degree or equivalent experience; FMCG or sales environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups); knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.
• Hands-on mindset, proactive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
