British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for an Order to Cash Senior Analyst in Bucharest.
The Order to Cash Senior Analyst will be responsible for deploying and ensuring accurate functionality of automation interfaces used for registering sales in SAP from ecommerce external platforms and automated clearing of incoming payments for the correspondent sales orders, using existing technologies or by developing new fit for purpose solutions. They will be working closely with the teams in GBS ENA Order to Cash and end market representatives, to ensure the best solution for each market is timely and optimally deployed and praccurateupport is offered after deployment, including, but not limited to, process documentation, issue resolution, process improvement, end market engagement, training/knowledge transfer and a proven control framework.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designs and develops solutions for ensuring proper integration of sales orders registering and incoming payments clearing, between external ecommerce platforms, payments processors platforms and SAP
- Active contributor in delivering process automation solutions and initiatives as agreed with his line manager and in the allocated timeline and budget
- Support the activities in scope for any project deployment related to registering new categories sales orders in SAP and clearing of corresponding invoices, in line with the project frame and plan
- Delivers status and progress updates on the initiatives his implementing to relevant stakeholders
- Closely collaborates and coordinates his actions with other analysts assigned on the initiatives he is working on
What are we looking for?
- Critical thinking and attention to details
- Process improvement and results oriented approach, solid understanding of FMCG business
- Customer oriented attitude, communication skills and English (reading, spoken and written) proficient level
- Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals, problem solving skills
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, able to work in a team or cross functional, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel.
