British American Tobaccohas an exciting opportunity for Nordic Planning Reporting & Transformation Executive (DK)
We are looking for a curious and talented Nordic Planning Executive to turn complex data into clear actionable insights that drive commercial and strategic decisions. This role is part of the Finance function and plays a key role in coordinating planning affords, cross category intelligence and contribute to various continuous improvement in planning process.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Lead digital transformation efforts, including process automation, data-driven decision-making, and system modernization.
- Manage change management activities, ensuring employee engagement and minimizing organizational resistance.
- Ensure organizational readiness for major structural, technological, or process changes, partnering the Senior Planning Manager in the Nordics and Western Europe,
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business insights, analytics, consulting, FMCG, or a regulated industry
- Strong analytical skills with previous exposure to complex data sets
- Strong communication skills. Ability to synthesize data into clear, concise stories for senior audiences
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset
- Effective interpersonal skills and collaborate mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic regulatory environment
- PMI – Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP), IC Agile Certified Professional (ICP) , Agile Programme Management (AgilePgM), Agile Project Management (AgilePM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or similar.
