Role Statement
The BAT Indonesia InternUP is a 6-month internship program designed to help you transform your potential into real opportunities and grow within our company. It’s more than just an internship, it’s a dynamic learning experience where you’ll flourish, develop key skills, and become a future industry leader. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support content creation for corporate programs across internal channels and social media platforms.
- Assist in managing and updating weekly reports and progress tracking of Community Investment programs.
- Help maintain project schedules and budget trackers to ensure activities run on plan.
- Support the preparation of materials for corporate programs.
- Assist in Community Investment amplification events and sustainability awards document preparation.
- Assist in monitoring content performance and providing basic insights from social media and campaign activities.
- Help with other day-to-day tasks related to communication, reporting, and project coordination.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields, preferably from Graphic Design, English Literature, Communication, with max. 1 year of experience (final-year students are welcome)
- Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to create simple and engaging social media content (design and copywriting).
- Basic analytical skills to understand content or campaign performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially in managing reports and trackers.
- Comfortable working on multiple tasks and coordinating with different stakeholders.
