Role Statement
The BAT Indonesia InternUP is a 6-month internship program designed to help you transform your potential into real opportunities and grow within our company. It’s more than just an internship, it’s a dynamic learning experience where you’ll flourish, develop key skills, and become a future industry leader.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing activation programs.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign activities, content, and deliverables are executed on schedule.
- Help manage community engagement activities.
- Assist in monitoring activation performance, including tracking execution quality, consumer engagement, and campaign KPIs.
- Ensure activities follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related fields. Fresh graduates with max. 1 year of experience, or final-year students are welcome to apply.
- Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong interest in marketing activation, community engagement, or digital marketing.
- Good attention to detail, especially in checking content, formatting, and campaign execution.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.
- Comfortable working with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners.
