British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for an Area Multi Category Network Manager in Malang, Indonesia.
This Area Manager improves operational efficiency by integrating productivity and compliance skills. This role leads critical initiatives dedicated to cost avoidance, inventory optimization, and risk mitigation, while supporting scenario planning and business transformation aligned with company objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate Area-level Loss Analysis (LA) sessions to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure LA tools are embedded into BAU operations.
- Ensure NC End-of-Life capabilities are coordinated within BAU teams and lead discussions with collaborators to drive NCL visibility and avoidance.
- Deploy and embed working capital (WC) reduction initiatives, leading non-compliance to ensure inventory targets are consistently met.
- Embed compliance controls into BAU processes to mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to standards.
- Lead data consolidation and scenario planning across regular supply chain drumbeats such as AS&I, ADRM, and ASOP.
- Perform benchmarking reviews against internal and external guidelines to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap for productivity, NCL, and compliance that aligns with broader company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-location projects to drive efficiency and compliance progress across the Area SC.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Productivity roles with a proven track record in cost reduction and compliance embedding.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP, with familiarity in LA tools, WC optimization, and benchmarking practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects across functions and geographies, delivering measurable results.
- Strong leadership and managerial capabilities with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to consolidate data, conduct scenario planning, and support strategic decision-making.
- Deep understanding of compliance controls and risk mitigation strategies within supply chain operations.
