IFM Building Facility Supervisor

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive preventive maintenance programs specifically for building structures, facades, and civil infrastructure.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. 
• Overseeing the daily operations of all facility systems, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Manage renovation and repair projects, including contractor coordination, initial structural assessment, tendering, on-site supervision and final quality inspection.
• Monitor and control operational and project spending to align with the annual budget.
• Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) for both operational needs and project activities.
• Ensure the property remains in full compliance with local building codes (SLF), fire safety regulations, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of technicians and service staff, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations to maintain service excellence.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from a reputable university with minimum2 years of experience in Facility or Building Management, preferably in commercial or industrial environments. 
• Strong knowledge of building structures and materials, with ability to read and execute technical drawings. Proficiency in operating AutoCAD is a significant plus.
• Experience in preparing BoQ and RAB and managing project budgets. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle structural or facility issues effectively.
• Good communication skills and basic English proficiency to coordinate with stakeholders and report to management.
