British American TobaccoSweden has an exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate in Marketing in Malmö.
As a Global Graduate in Marketing, you will join an accelerated 18‑month development programme where you will rotate across key Marketing functions and work on strategic commercial initiatives from day one. This programme develops your commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities while giving you exposure to cross‑functional and cross‑market collaboration across the Nordic region. Throughout the programme, you will be supported by a dedicated Coach, Mentor and a global Graduate network.
The program will officially start on 01.09.2026 – selected candidates that meet the requirements below will be invited to participate in an assessment center in our office, in mid-May this year.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing three rotations across core Marketing areas while gaining insight into category, brand and activation strategy.
- Working together with local and Nordic leadership team on optimising and innovating current ways of working.
- Driving and contributing to strategic marketing projects with cross‑functional and cross‑market exposure.
- Supporting the development of brand plans and analysing market, competitor and consumer insights.
- Collaborating closely with Nordic commercial teams to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- A recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
- A strong interest in business management and the FMCG industry, supported by relevant student or internship experience.
- A results‑driven, analytical, and creative problem‑solver with a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication skills, structured working style, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Fluency in English & proficiency in one of the Nordic languages will be considered a plus.
